Riddle School 4
The notorious April Fools chapter: Phil sits down at Riddle University and Mr. Munch has rigged the chair. It ends fast.
Riddle School 4 is the joke entry, released on 1 April 2010 after two years of people demanding a sequel. It opens exactly like the others - Phil bored in a classroom, this time at Riddle University - and then ends almost immediately, because his teacher Mr. Munch has built a trapdoor under the seat and presses the button the moment Phil does anything at all.
There is no puzzle to solve and no way to lose; the whole game is a setup and a punchline, plus a credits screen timing how long you took. Jonochrome released the real fifth game the following day, and Riddle School 5 picks up on this one's last frame. Clearing it unlocks a "Real Fun Facts" menu explaining the stunt.
Controls
Mouse only - click anything on screen. That is genuinely the entire game.
Tips
- Don't hunt for a puzzle; there isn't one, and any click at all triggers the ending sequence.
- Skip the intro from the button in the lower right if you want the fastest possible clear time.
- Play it before Riddle School 5 - the fifth game opens directly where this one leaves Phil.
