Burrito Bison
Launch a masked luchador off the ring ropes and bounce him across candy land on gummy bears, spending the coins on upgrades.
Burrito Bison is Juicy Beast's 2011 launcher. You pull a luchador back into the ring ropes and fire him out, and where the opponent's animation happens to be at that moment decides how much power you carry into the run. After that you have no direct control over speed, only over when you slam.
Distance comes from bouncing off gummy bears rather than the ground. Land on gummies and you keep momentum, hit bare floor or a cop gummy with a trap on its head and you bleed it. When you stop, you bank coins based on distance and gummies squashed and spend them on upgrades before relaunching. It is the same one-more-run loop as Learn to Fly, with better slapstick.
Controls
Mouse or Space to time the launch and to rocket slam in mid-air
Tips
- Time the launch to the opponent's animation. Each one has a pose that guarantees a critical hit.
- Only rocket slam when a gummy is directly beneath you. Slamming into bare ground kills your speed.
- Police gummies with traps on their heads drain momentum, so steer over the plain ones instead.
