Duck Life 4
Jumping becomes the fifth skill and you raise a team of three ducks across six worlds, buying food to keep their energy up.
Duck Life 4 is the biggest structural change in the series. You no longer raise one duck. You build a team of three and race all three in a tournament, one per event, so a single superstar with two neglected teammates still loses. Jumping joins running, swimming, climbing and flying as a fifth skill.
Six worlds each hold three training minigames per skill, aimed at qualities like accuracy, endurance or risk, and winning a tournament unlocks the next area rather than just paying out. Energy is a real constraint too: training drains it, coins buy food to top it up, and a duck that runs dry mid-race collapses. The volcano skips tournaments for a straight race against the Fire Duck.
Controls
Arrows and mouse in training, plus Space and the 1-4 keys in some minigames
Tips
- Tournaments need three ducks, so spread your training rather than building one star and two passengers.
- Buy food early. Energy drains through training and a duck that runs out collapses partway through a race.
- Each skill has three training games, so pick the one aimed at your weakest stat, not the one you enjoy.
