Avalanche
Blocks fall from the sky and pile up. Stay on top of the heap and off the rising floor for as long as you can.
Avalanche is a one-rule arcade game: blocks rain down, they stack where they land, and the screen slowly scrolls so the bottom of the pile becomes lethal. You are a small figure trying to keep climbing.
It is pure reflex with a nasty twist, because the blocks you stand on are also the blocks that will crush you. Building yourself a platform too fast traps you under the next layer, and playing too cautiously means the rising floor catches you. The sweet spot is constant small movements, never a committed run in one direction.

Tips
- Stay near the middle. Both walls are traps once a block lands beside you.
- Jump onto blocks as they land rather than after. A settled block is already part of the floor that is rising.
- Do not chase height for its own sake. Surviving the scroll is the score; climbing is only the means.
