Boxing Physics 2
Two wobbling ragdolls flail at each other with one button each. Somehow this produces real matches.
Boxing Physics 2 is deliberately incompetent. The fighters are ragdolls with almost no control, the punch is a single button, and the physics is tuned to make every exchange look like an accident.
It is also genuinely competitive, because the chaos is consistent. Timing a swing as your opponent is off balance works reliably, and holding back while they flail themselves into the ropes works even better. It is at its best as a two-player game where both people are laughing too hard to play well, which is clearly what it was designed for.
Controls
Player one: W to punch. Player two: up arrow to punch
Tips
- Do not swing constantly. A missed punch leaves you off balance for longer than it takes to get hit.
- Let the other player over-commit, then punch while they are still recovering.
- Position matters more than timing. Being nearer the centre of the ring wins most exchanges on its own.
